Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a supervisory role on large-scale construction or mining projects.
Trade qualification or degree/diploma in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Proven ability to lead teams in a high-pressure site environment.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies sequencing and industry standards.
Solid understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in remote or industrial sites.
Proficiency in construction documentation and reporting systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and interfaces concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily construction activities in the assigned project area (PAP).
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers planners safety teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve field issues.
Enforce health safety environmental and quality (HSEQ) standards and company policies on site.
Track progress and maintain daily logs and reporting.
Participate in schedule reviews and ensure alignment of construction tasks with overall project timelines.
Review and validate work plans risk assessments and permits to work (PTWs).
Supervise and mentor field personnel ensuring workforce productivity and competency.
Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely material and equipment delivery.
Identify and escalate construction issues or delays promptly to senior management.
Conduct toolbox talks safety briefings and site audits as required.
