What we are looking for:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced support officer to join our Learning and Development team. Youll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our L&D service.
What your day will look like:
Researching and identifying training providers and scheduling workplace health and safety training
Providing assistance to both employees and managers across the organisation on relevant matters
Contributing to training plans policies and procedures and assisting with updates
Providing administrative support to the Learning & Development team as required
Maintaining databases and ensuring accurate employee records
Coordinating events as required as well as other project work

What youll need for success:
Youll have proven experience in both administration and customer service and will enjoy the variety that comes with working with both employees and managers organisation wide. Experience in scheduling or bookings and strong organisation skills will set you up for success.
Youll have:
Strong research problem skills and time management skills
A commitment to providing a high level of service to internal customers
A high level of computer skills and experience in producing reports
Experience in a training environment is beneficial
