Join our Policy Operations team as a Monetary Support Officer in Brisbane on a 12-month secondment.

This role collaborates with Insurance to provide efficient and timely activities that support policy and payment reconciliation including debt management for unpaid premiums receipting and policy balancing processes.

The team work closely with Underwriting Distribution and Portfolio teams as well as internally with Policy Operations to ensure seamless and timely processing whilst keeping overdue debt to a minimum.

What youll do

  • Support business partners in undertaking daily workloads as applicable ensuring compliance with financial control and accounting procedures and ensuring performance targets and standards are met and enquiries are answered within designated Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to customers
  • Support business partners in managing exceptions and non-standard issues through follow and use of the feedback register.
  • Policy & bank account management is performed accurately and within SLAs.
  • Accurate analysis and allocation of processes to policy maintenance for reconciliation.
  • Process/ Authorise transfer/cash journals and disbursements as required.
  • Review and manage workflow tasks orientated mechanisms.
  • Undertake review and audit tasks as directed.
