The Department
Ngamai Wilam is a newly built 12-bed residential eating disorder treatment facility in Armadale set to open in May 2025. Jointly funded by the Australian Federal Government and the Victorian Government this specialist statewide service will be managed by Alfred Health.
Ngamai Wilam provides 24/7 trauma-informed recovery-focused care for adults aged 18 and over in a gender-inclusive home-like therapeutic environment. With a strong emphasis on family and chosen supports our team is dedicated to person-centred care that promotes long-term recovery.
