Job Description: We are looking for a skilled handyman to join our team. This person will be responsible for:
- Home Setup: Assisting with the installation and setup of manufactured homes. Complete inspections as needed for the home project.
- Interior Finish Work: Completing interior tasks to ensure homes are move-in ready. Customer needs to be happy.
- Exterior Finish Work: Handling exterior tasks to enhance the curb appeal and functionality of homes. Customer needs to be happy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handyman or similar roles.
- Unwavering attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Equally can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills are an absolute must.
