Job Title: Administrative Specialist
Job Location/Information:
Key Responsibilities:
-answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate employee
-Notify employees of visitors.
-Maintain an up-to-date directory of phone numbers and location of employees.
-Conference Room Calendar Management
-Coffee vendor coordination and restocking kitchen consumables
-Invite future visitors via our Leidos Visitor Management System (VMS) and verify they have registered for visit.
-Coordinate Foreign Visitor visits with Security ensuring visits are approved.
-Assist with running weekly meetings from time to time.
-Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to support the development of presentation materials.
