We are hiring a Business Analyst II in downtown West Palm Beach! Can you identify a problem within a process and build the solution everyone needs! Then this exciting opportunity is for you!

Our Operations Systems & Training department is seeking a Business Analyst II who is ready to bring data insight and process improvement to the heart of the Clerks Court Operations & Official Records departments!

The Clerks office plays a vital role in supporting the Judiciary by managing essential court records enabling access to court records and ensuring court operations run efficiently and transparently.

As a Business Analyst II you will use your business analysis capabilities to work closely with our Court Operations and Official Records departments i.e. Circuit/County Civil Circuit/County Criminal Unified Family Court Recording and Records Services to improve and streamline processes to help our office meet its objectives and reach goals. In addition you will support business information systems that provide solutions to a variety of issues across multiple departments.

Typical Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Analysis or related field supplemented by three (3) years of recent and relevant experience as outlined below are required.

Additional experience is accepted as a minimum requirement in lieu of a post-secondary degree on the following basis: additional four (4) years in lieu of a bachelors degree and additional two (2) years in lieu of an associate degree.

Must have four (4) years of direct work experience that includes a working knowledge of Case Maintenance Systems Official Records Systems and supplemental or support software integrated within these systems.

Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and SQL strongly preferred.
