Job Description
- Follow up with inbound leads.
- Develop quotes and proposals for potential customers.
- Stay in touch with customers after installation.
- Stay up to date on new products standards and trends in home automation.
- Ability to explain complex systems (networking smart devices integrations) in simple terms
- Strong discovery skills: asking the right questions to understand the customers needs.
- Solution-oriented thinking tailoring recommendations to each client.
- Strong follow-up and consistent communication.
- Monday - Friday in our office located in Costa Mesa CA. Aside from office work you will also attend occasional trade shows and in-person industry events.
- $60K - $80K depending on experience and skillset
