What will you do
- Provide hands-on program oversight cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes
- Collaborate closely with development leads product managers business users and QA functions to realize delivery of high-value products across a global rollout
- Perform all standard project management functions including financial planning and control task decomposition and execution proactive risk and issue management project health checks verbal and written communication to stakeholders and senior management.
- Aggressively manage priorities and issues where conflicts arise; mediate and resolve project team conflicts.
- Regularly report progress of project status milestones achievements and budgetary standing in both formal (e.g. Executive Steering Committee) and informal settings.
- Enable the development teams to be successful and maximize time on development
What do you need to succeed Must-have:
- 5 years of experience in Program Management managing large scale technical programs
- Experience working in Capital Markets
- 5 years experience maintaining detailed roadmaps resource plans budget forecast / recovery dependency management that supports the program plan
- Strong ability to promote iterative development through metrics eg sprint commitments and program scheduling
- Proven experience managing risk and issues unblocking and escalating as appropriate
- Strong organizational project management and time management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills
Nice-to-have:
- FX Product knowledge
- Prior experience as a business analyst
- CFA PMP Agile certifications
