Our Sydney office located in the heart of the CBD is currently trialling a 9-day fortnight giving the team every second Friday off to rest recharge and focus on what matters most.
A day in the life
As the State Engineering Manager for NSW youll lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional technology services that support the performance and productivity of all Southern Cross Austereo staff across the state. Your focus will be on driving customer-focused outcomes while ensuring our technical operations run seamlessly.
What youll be doing:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the NSW Engineering team ensuring smooth delivery of services by actively collaborating with internal stakeholders functional teams and senior leaders.
Playing a key role in the NSW market executive teamproviding insight and guidance on technology issues that impact business performance and contributing to broader strategic discussions.
Recommending and leading the implementation of improvements to SCAs specialised audio and visual systems working closely with the Executive General Manager Engineering Operations Manager and local executive teams to enhance technical capability and support business goals.
