- Youll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners through delivering sparkling clean and chemically safe swimming pools.
- Youll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients.
- Provide a reliable efficient and professional service to clients and client follow-up to every customer every time.
- Coordinate and optimize service routes.
- Monitor any sudden route changes and work with drivers to adjust routes
- Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers to reduce the stress caused by last-minute schedule changes
- A high school diploma / GED required
- Minimum of one year of scheduling experience
- Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
- Ability to work in a team environment in high-pressure situation
- Adequate computer skills in Word Excel and Google Maps
- Attention to detail
- Technical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills

Founded in 1992 Poolwerx is one of the worlds largest pool supply service and repair providers. Our United States operations are headquartered in our 10000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility and support center in Dallas TX. We currently operate over 30 retail stores and over 190 service vans across eight states in the U.S.
