Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Duties: Under the direction of the administrator or designee the Quality Assurance Coordinator plays an integral part in the overall functioning of the facility by monitoring and auditing the identified standards of person-served care as well as the quality of the entire electronic health record. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will ensure Quality Improvement standards are up to date and in compliance with the facility level of care. This position encompasses aspects of staff development infection control medical records and quality improvement to effectively collaborate with the QA Committee and Program at the facility level. The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring overall compliance of these aspects as they relate to current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations.

About the Campus:Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Northern San Diego County in the beautiful city of Fallbrook the Avocado Capital of the World. We accomplish successful reintegration through various modalities including classes therapy community service and peer mentorship.
Pay Range:
$27 - $32 USD
