Job Description
The Role:
Refeyn is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Design Manager to elevate the visual impact of our brand across marketing channels while supporting application campaigns and new product introductions. This remote US-based role will be responsible for leading the creation of compelling print and digital assets with a special focus on videography and video-based storytelling to support go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of graphic design experience including deep familiarity with the scientific instrumentation industry and a minimum of 5 years developing engaging marketing videos.
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Design and manage production of campaign asset including infographics brochures trade show graphics and digital ads
- Develop and maintain brand visual identity across all platforms in alignment with global brand standards
- Collaborate with product management market development and applications teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compelling visual storytelling
Video Production & Motion Graphics
- Lead the end-to-end development of product launch videos customer testimonials application spotlights and educational content
- Storyboard film edit and produce short- and long-form videos optimized for web social and events
- Source and direct freelance video talent and manage post-production workflows as needed
Project & Vendor Management
- Manage internal creative projects from concept to delivery ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with external vendors including freelance designers printers and video production houses
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with campaign managers digital marketers and sales enablement to develop high-performing creative assets
- Support scientific content creation through visual enhancement of posters presentations and infographics
We are ideally looking for someone with the following skills and experience
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design preferably in life sciences biotech or scientific instrumentation industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience producing and editing video content for B2B marketing purposes
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of print digital and video work especially scientific or technical subject matter
- Experience managing creative projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ability to balance multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced remote team environment
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail

- We anticipate a salary between $80000 and $95000 for this role depending on the candidates experience.
