- Understand the business issues evaluate business processes anticipate requirements uncover areas for improvement and design and implement solutions
- Drive strategic operations & projects to implement structure processes and data in a healthy and balanced marketplace
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for generating new revenue streams that are aligned with SEEKs strategic goals
- Plan implement and measure the performance by using tools such as SQL JAVA Script and Excel
- Be able to execute the reporting functions with Tableau and Salesforce visualizing data for users and management.
- Gain endorsement in management forums by leveraging data-led insights and detailed business cases to build commercialization cases for growth initiatives
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships across SEEKs functional areas to validate opportunities across all customer segments
- Work with business users to find opportunities and solutions to improve business operations and processes that meet business requirements

Qualifications :
- Strategic thinking Analytical skills and system design methodology related to business analysis.
- Bachelors Degree or higher computer science or information technologies or related field minimum 5 years experiences in an analytical role
- Strong Business Analysis skills a full understanding of the industrys best practices and drive business transformation.
- Strong planning analytical & critical thinking organizational change management and meeting management skills
- Team management motivate a team and delegate
- Interpersonal skill & Communication skill.
- Passionate about reporting improvement; identifying evaluating and implementing.
- Strong grasp of detail meticulous; able to draw out key understandings/ conclusions to ensure accurate number.
