Job Description

As the Online Merchandiser Manager at Weekday you will be responsible for optimizing and managing the online customer offer through strategic merchandising. Your mission is to drive selling and profitability by ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time. You will play a key role in shaping the digital customer experience and supporting Weekdays commercial growth across all online channels. 

Your Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Drive profitability and net growth on your concept by supporting and enabling the execution of the commercial plan. 
  • Monitor online sales performance from a product perspective and take proactive actions to capture opportunities and mitigate risks. 
  • Ensure optimal product supply and stock levels to meet customer demand and maintain a strong sales-to-stock ratio. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the E-commerce team to enhance online merchandising and the overall customer journey. 
  • Influence buying decisions and ensure key products are supported with the right quantities and visibility on site. 
  • Continuously monitor and act on stock balance to secure availability and minimize overstock. 
  • Stay ahead of online and fashion trends taking relevant actions to keep the offer fresh and competitive. 
  • Develop and refine ways of working to continuously improve Weekdays online business performance.

You will collaborate closely with the E-commerce Buying Planning and Content teams as well as other cross-functional partners. Together you will ensure a seamless and commercially strong online experience for our customers.

  • A strong background in online merchandising e-commerce or digital retail. 
  • Proven experience in driving commercial results through data-driven decision-making. 
  • A deep understanding of customer behavior in digital environments. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actions. 
  • A structured and efficient way of working with a high sense of ownership.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm Sdermalm.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with approximately four days per week in the office to foster collaboration and teamwork.
