Performance Marketing Analyst (Contract) - Manila, PH

As our contractual Performance Marketing Analyst youll support Balsam Brands APAC growth by mastering Paid Social & PPC campaigns from day one! What youll be doing:

Data Reporting & Analysis

1. Compiles data from different sources such as Google AdWords Facebook Ads Manager Google Analytics Google Campaign Manager and other online interfaces to create a report summary. 

2. Prepares graphs tables or templates for the presentation of data.   

3. Provides updates on various metrics performance based on analysis. 

4. Supports in preparing data for internal check-ins.  

Account Management Review & Audit 

1. Campaign management and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.  

2. Reviews account setup platform recommendations product feeds campaign settings and other items to ensure that they are properly set up.  

3. Report findings and apply fixes where possible. 

4. Track and log marketing spend and campaign changes for reporting. 

5. Monitor and regularly update Expense Metric files

Ad Creation and Monitoring 

1. Proposes ad copies for search ads that effectively convey brand messaging. 

2. Request and review translated copy/assets with the Localization team. 

3. Creates and uploads finalized ads on channel platforms. 

4. Implements sales changes as needed.  

5. Responsible for maintaining and updating ad copy feeds for deployment across multiple marketing platforms as required. 

6. Conducts sample searches to ensure ads appear as expected and accurately  

Project Coordination and Documentation 

1. Understands and identifies the different steps of the different processes. 

2. Creates a structured and systematic documentation of processes. 

3. Communicates project schedules milestones and deadlines to ensure all team members are aligned and informed. 

Market Understanding and Audience Research 

1. Proactively stays up to date on the latest digital marketing trends competitive landscape and other market developments and cascades them to the team. 

2. Propose marketing tests to better understand audience behavior.

1. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 2nd Year of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any related field. 

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.  

• Experience in Digital Marketing particularly in Paid Social Media and PPC is a strong advantage. 

• Proficient in MS Office Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint. 

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools; prior experience is a plus 

• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills. 

• Great attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy 

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively. 

• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 

• Responsive and proactive with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver tasks efficiently.  

Our must-haves:

• Must have Windows as the primary and backup laptop or desktop for use. A backup laptop is essential in cases where the primary laptop encounters issues.
• Must have a fast reliable DSL Fiber or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 50MBPS.
• Must have a backup internet connection of the same speed if the primary connection becomes spotty.

Location: The Performance Marketing Analyst (Contract) position is a remote contractual position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila Bataan Batangas Bulacan Cavite Laguna Pampanga Rizal and Tarlac areas only. 

Note: An online assessment will also be part of the recruitment process. 

Status: This is a contractual home-based job that requires a scheduled eight (8) hours of full-time dedicated work daily five days a week. Given the roles contractual nature there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard the contract will be effective for six (6) months. Note that the contract may be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business.
