Job Description

MANDYNAMIC is searching for an HR Generalist on behalf of a Retail Company located in Thessaloniki.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the staffing plan for the retail branch
- Responsible for organizing selection processes and managing personnel
- Managing payroll and related HR functions
- Maintaining a repository of incoming CVs and ensuring communication with candidates following evaluation with department heads
- Assessing skills of the workforce
- Ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR management Business or a related field
- Knowledge of labor law
- Excellent proficiency in Office Suite
- Fluency in English
- Experience and capability in personnel management
- Previous experience in a similar role
