Parts Advisor
Location: Carlisle
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm plus every other Saturday
The Role
NXT Recruitment is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Carlisle. You will be a key part of the aftersales team responsible for managing parts enquiries stock control and ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both technicians and customers.

The Role
NXT Recruitment is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Carlisle. You will be a key part of the aftersales team responsible for managing parts enquiries stock control and ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and track vehicle parts through manufacturer systems
- Receive process and manage incoming deliveries
- Pick pack and prepare parts for collection or delivery
- Handle customer and technician parts enquiries in person and by phone
- Monitor stock levels and complete regular inventory checks
- Support the wider Aftersales and workshop team as needed
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and reliable approach to daily tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
