Product Designer.
Salary:40600 per annum pro rata.
Location:Homebased.
Contract:Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role
In thisFixed Term Contractrole asProduct Designer you will manage the research scoping and design of several products and services that support children youngpeople and parents.
A key product you will be working on is for parents and funded by one of our incredibly generous partners. The ideal candidate will be experienced in and passionate about creating user-ledaccessible and impactful products that are income generating or impact led or both!
You will be working in a cross-functional team made up of product designers product managers developersmarketers and stakeholders.
Howyoull help to create brighter futures
- Leading the design aspect on key integrated projects to design income generating and impact-based products.
- Design the look and feel of products ensuring the creative is boldengaging andappropriate for the audience.
- Develop an expert understanding of the users needs and champion these in the delivery of small and medium size products by engaging with users and stakeholders through multiple channels.
- Defineexplain and iterate a product vision for small- and medium-size products.
- Create measurable goals for your products and report against these todemonstrate progress against stated benefits.
- Work alongside product teams in developing and delivering large-scale products.
- Upskill and train colleagues across the organisation.
Lets talk about youasProduct Designer
- Optimising existing products project managing optimisation cycles including user testing and stakeholder management.
- Leading and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience of designing income generating products.
- Engaging with users and using qualitative and quantitative research techniques to produce personas user stories and user insights.
- Idea generation tools and techniques (either in a workshop setting or individually).
- Product design with a passion for creating income-generating products.
