Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for completing transversal technology projects on time on budget and to quality standards. He/she will also ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and proactively manage risks.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
- Clarify objectives deliverables and milestones for cross-functional or more complex technology projects.
- Ensure quality standards in terms of documentation project structure meeting legal requirements.
- Develop and monitor project plans (schedule budget resources).
- Coordinate technical teams (developers engineers analysts) and project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage scope changes priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Use project management tools (Jira MS Project Miro Confluence).
- Prepare and lead follow-up meetings (steering committees governance).
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and end-user satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Degree in computer science engineering or project management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management (an asset if projects are in IT)
- PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification (an asset)
- Bilingualism French/English
- Excellent command of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall Kanban)
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of web cloud software or information systems technologies
- Proficiency in collaborative tools (eg. Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to evolve in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
