As the Analytics Lead youll guide a talented group of analysts and help steer critical initiatives across Suncorps Consumer portfolio. With your leadership and technical acumen youll play a vital role in delivering data-driven insights that support profitable growth enhance reporting accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance.
What Youll Do
- Lead and coach a team of analysts to deliver high-quality reporting and analysis
- Extract and interpret data to provide actionable insights
- Manage project initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
- Champion continuous improvement and innovative reporting techniques
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure visibility alignment and delivery of strategic objectives
- Promote a collaborative supportive and high-performing culture
What Youll Bring
- Proven strong technical proficiency in SAS SQL or other relevant programming languages (e.g. Python R)
- Experience in a leadership role within data analytics or reporting
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Business Economics Statistics Finance Engineering or similar)
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- A passion for mentoring and developing people
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative mindset
- Insurance product knowledge is highly desirable
