Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager the Tradesman will be proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.
- Knowledge of building management systems including: building automation system fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system.
- The Tradesman will have the ability to read and follow PM instructions have the basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers chillers cooling towers and VAVs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.
- Knowledge of building management systems including building automation system fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system.
- Ability to read and follow PM instructions.
- Basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers chillers cooling towers and VAVs.
