The Role
Leverage your paid media background and experience to contribute to a fast-growing organization. Your objectives will be centered around executing strategic planning developing and implementing innovative paid campaigns. These campaigns sit at the center of our marketing strategy and are leveraged to support package sales across our portfolio or partnerships.
This role is full-time in-office at our Charlotte NC headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Design build and launch innovative Google Ads campaigns considering audience targeting campaign structure and bidding strategies.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaign elements to improve conversion rates and drive desired actions.
- Perform in-depth keyword analysis to identify relevant search terms and create compelling ad copy that resonates with each partnerships target audience.
- Regularly review campaign performance metrics analyze data trends and identify areas for improvement to maximize return.
- Deliver clear and concise reports that communicate campaign performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Allocate and manage paid media budgets across a variety of campaigns and platforms ensuring efficient spending and optimal return.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends technologies and best practices in the field of paid media.
- Work closely with other marketing team members to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Degree in Marketing Business or affiliated specialized area.
- Minimum 3 years experience in paid media paid search.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets.
- Experience with display programmatic and/or paid social media is desirable but not essential.
Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge and experience of up-to-date Google Ads techniques and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics for campaign tracking and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions proactively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to establish trust be confident and credible and build collaborative partnerships across time zones geographies and cultures.
