Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Interact with guests ensuring prompt accurate and courteous service.
• Properly receive record and distribute high volumes of incoming/outgoing guest packages.
• Adhere to all cashiering procedures.
• Coordinate guest requests with designated vendors according to departmental standards.
• Must be able to cross-train in other Front Office related areas.

Essential Skills Experience and Education include:

• Associate degree (AA) is a plus; and/or minimum of one year Concierge experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience preferred.
• High volume/fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Proficient in English- verbal and written.
• Opera PMS experience is a plus.
• Alice software experience is a plus.

Certificates Licenses Registrations:

• Les Chefs or membership is a plus.
• LACA membership is a plus.

Physical Requirements include:

• Long periods of stationary standing.
• The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
