Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and compassionate Concierge Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our residents families and visitors. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service managing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all individuals interacting with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident and Visitor Reception: Greet and welcome residents families and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate information regarding our facilities services events and general inquiries.
- Reservation and Scheduling Assistance: Assist residents and families with reservations for events transportation and other services.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between residents and staff conveying messages and ensuring timely responses to requests.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls managing correspondence and maintaining organized records.
- Event Coordination Support: Assist in organizing and promoting community events and activities to enhance resident engagement.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve concerns or special requests promptly ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Experience: hospitality or administrative roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a positive phone demeanor.
- Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and enhancing the customer experience.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and maintain attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers scanners).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift to 25 pounds.
