Summary
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to focus on prospecting and growing within our California client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality eager to drive growth and expand our client base.
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Language Solutions industry
- Proven experience in sales preferably in a hunting role
- Comfortable with face-to-face selling
- Strong ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
- A self-starter with a high level of initiative and a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with market research sales strategies and sales planning
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed (Anticipated travel 30-40%)
- Located in California ideally the Los Angeles area
