Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Mitigation Banking Project Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines are met. This role involves overseeing the development and management of mitigation banking projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:Lead the development and implementation of mitigation banking projects from inception to completion.
  • Feasibility Assessments:Conduct thorough feasibility/financial assessments and due diligence for potential projects.
  • Documentation:Draft and manage banking instruments and other necessary documentation.
  • Regulatory Coordination:Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Construction Oversight:Oversee restoration construction activities to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Reporting:Develop detailed reports on project performance and progress for stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with various teams to ensure project goals are met and timelines are adhered to.

Preferred Qualifications:

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program and we are targeting a salary range of $97400-$146000based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401k plan which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition after being employed for six months eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
