Were looking for an experienced and strategic eCommerce Operations Specialistto join our team. This role is critical in ensuring runs efficiently and effectivelyfrom managing inventory and reporting on business trends to leading operational improvements and supporting high-impact projects. of the eCommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for executing key operational processes driving cross-functional initiatives and helping shape the future of our digital flagship. Key Responsibilities:
Site & Inventory Operations
Oversee and optimize product listings inventory accuracy and merchandising details across .
Partner with supply chain planning and merchandising teams to ensure timely product availability and updates.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Performance Reporting & Insights
Own and evolve daily weekly and monthly reporting on site performance category trends and customer behavior.
Translate data into actionable insights and partner with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
Support forecasting planning and promotional performance analysis.
Website Maintenance & Optimization
Manage updates to site navigation product categorization and homepage content with a focus on UX and conversion.
Ensure monthly operational tasks and seasonal refreshes are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate with UX content and development teams to identify and implement site enhancements.
Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and support ad hoc eCommerce projects including product launches promotional campaigns and UX enhancements.
Act as a key liaison between eCommerce and cross-functional teams including marketing creative IT and category.
Drive project timelines stakeholder alignment and executional excellence with minimal oversight.
Operational Agility & Strategic Support
Serve as a go-to resource for special projects troubleshooting and operational escalations.
Bring a proactive solutions-oriented mindset to evolving business needs.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations site merchandising or digital retail.
Strong organizational analytical and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Looker).
Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud Shopify Magento) is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
