We are seeking a talented individual to join the Enterprise Social Media team as a Social Media Specialist focused on our business in the UK.

This role will be based in Warsaw and work accordingly to UK business hours. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for contributing to all facets of social media including the development of organic and paid campaigns. This individual will be publishing all content to company pages pulling analytics and deciphering insights working with the social media team across employee advocacy activities colleague training and daily brand reputation and crisis management. The role is a part of the Enterprise Social Media team and works together with the UK marketing team.


We will count on you to:

  • Contribute to the development of the social media strategy for the UK in partnership with the UK marketing team to deliver on key priorities

  • Contribute to execute organic and paid social media campaigns for company pages in the UK on social media including develop of social media assets publishing content interpreting analytics and making recommendations.

  • A member of the team championing employee advocacy for the UK training and enabling colleagues supporting leaders and SMEs.

  • Execute on daily brand reputation management monitoring across company pages channeling activity through to resolution.

  • Contribute to presentations scorecards and KPIs to measure social media and strategic marketing programs effectiveness.

  • Collaborate in the development and execution of colleague training and best practices raising awareness of how to use social media effectively and activating colleagues in support of marketing goals.

What you need to have:

  • Must have a minimum of two years B2B social media experience with practical knowledge of LinkedIn Meta and X.

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Proven ability to work both in a team setting as well as independently driving programs with strong communications skills

  • Active presence on LinkedIn or Meta (all candidates will be screened for their social media profiles and activity as using the channels correlates with investment in always learning and staying on top of the latest trends changes and algorithms first-hand)
