Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales - Corporate to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving corporate sales strategies managing high-performing teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share in the corporate sector
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and industry developments to optimize sales strategies and revenue generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and high-level executives
  • Provide regular detailed sales reports performance analyses and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
  • Implement innovative sales techniques and methodologies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and company offerings
  • Oversee the development and implementation of customer retention programs to maximize long-term client value

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 8 years of progressive experience in corporate sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies CRM systems and sales performance metrics
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing effective sales strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages relevant to the Malaysian market is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
