Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Assistant Manager Security to join our team in Udaipur India. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing security operations ensuring the safety of personnel and assets and maintaining a secure environment for our organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures
- Manage and supervise security personnel including scheduling training and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures align with organizational goals
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and prepare detailed reports
- Stay updated on local laws and regulations related to security and ensure compliance
- Manage security equipment and technology including surveillance systems and access control
- Develop and conduct security awareness programs for employees
- Liaise with local law enforcement and other external security agencies as needed
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for security operations
- Continuously analyze and improve security processes for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Security Management Criminal Justice or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in security management or related field
- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CPP PSP) preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols risk assessment and emergency response procedures
- Proficiency in security management software and surveillance systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security in Udaipur India
- Physical fitness and ability to respond to emergencies
- Flexibility to work in shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid drivers license
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and local languages is a plus
