Job Description
MSPS an award-winning integrated marketing and sales services agency seeks a passionate Junior Account Manager with curiosity strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Respond to client briefs by conducting research and developing comprehensive plans branding proposals budgets reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Handle client communications and coordinate with third parties. Work closely with the Account Director on a day-to-day basis to cultivate strong enduring relationships with multinational clients acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Campaign Ideation: Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative ideas for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Data & Insights: Analyze campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing reports to optimize future initiatives.
- AI Tools & Innovation: Explore and leverage emerging toolssuch as AI-powered content generation prompt engineering or analytics solutionsto enhance campaign development and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Management Communications or Business Administration.
- 12 years of experience in the communications field with emphasis on below-the-line activities and event management within an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint and a solid understanding of digital communication principles including social media.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Greek.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication negotiation and persuasion skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new insights.
- Client growthoriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Desirable: Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT image generators) for content development prompt writing research efficiency or creative ideation.
- Desirable: Understanding of data analytics tools to extract insights for reporting and strategy.
