As aSenior Customer Consultantyou will support our customers to find the right financial solutions in a welcomed and supported environment.
Our Senior Customer Consultant support delivery of our purpose by providing:
- Excellent Customer experience
- Good customer engagement
- Optimising opportunities
- Deliver structured activities to support the branch effectiveness
You will work closely with the branch manager; occasionally standing in for them to coach and develop a team of customer consultants.
Skills needed:
- Problem-Solving
- Ability to work under pressure
- Build strong relationships with customers members and the local community
- Excellent communication skills
