Develop execute and maintain dynamic pricing strategies across all revenue streams including Rooms Groups and Meetings & Events to optimise yield and support budgeted performance.
Lead the preparation and analysis of revenue forecasts identifying trends by market segment and demand window to influence business planning decisions.
Monitor and evaluate daily business performance identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and implementing corrective action as required.
Maintain oversight of all relevant systems including Opera HCM and Concerto and Duve ensuring data integrity configuration accuracy and system optimisation to support revenue performance.
Collaborate with the Sales Office Manager and wider commercial team to align segment strategies and ensure optimal mix and conversion of high-value business.
Manage rate and inventory control across all distribution channels maintaining parity and working to enhance direct booking performance.
Track market intelligence competitor activity and economic indicators providing regular insight to senior leadership and translating findings into actionable strategies.
Prepare and lead monthly revenue meetings presenting pace pickup segmentation and performance data and agreeing tactical actions to drive future success.
Support the General Manager and Finance Team in the development of the annual business plan profit plan and ongoing reforecasting cycles.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training development and knowledge sharing coaching team members and colleagues in revenue management principles.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies brand standards and relevant regulatory requirements relating to rate governance pricing integrity and audit processes.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS HOTEL BASED.
Essential:
A minimum of 23 years experience in a Revenue Management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience using PMS and RMS systems such as Opera Concerto Duetto or similar.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments balancing strategic thinking with attention to operational detail.
Desirable:
Experience working within a branded hotel environment.
Familiarity with MICE and Conference & Events revenue streams.
Previous exposure to loyalty and direct channel optimisation initiatives.
