Overview
The Employee Benefits Apprentice will join our dynamic Employee Benefits team supporting the EMEA region. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in employee benefits administration under the guidance of the EMEA Health Lifestyle and Wellbeing Manager.
The apprentice will start by mastering foundational tasks progress to contributing to strategic initiatives and gain exposure to a range of activities that enhance employee wellbeing and engagement across the region.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in HR and employee benefits while working in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

The Employee Benefits Apprentice will receive ongoing mentorship from the EMEA Health Lifestyle and Wellbeing Manager ensuring comprehensive training and support to grow into a confident and capable professional in the employee benefits field.

By default employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
