Your role
As an Associate Civil Engineer in our Land Infrastructure Practice youll guide purposeful work that supports the future of the land infrastructure sector. Collaborating with a diverse multidisciplinary team youll explore integrated solutions offer thoughtful perspectives and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.
What youll be doing
Technical leader across the Queensland Practice getting involved in the early stages of projects to set them on a successful course and verifying design outputs.
Mentoring and coaching Engineers across our Queensland Practice.
Collaborating across disciplines work closely with a range of experts to explore creative solutions to system needs
Client facing as you assist with the delivery of innovative solutions.
Providing insights with care share well-informed guidance that supports confident inclusive decision-making
Improving systems mindfully use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change
What youll bring
You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. Youre someone who thrives in dynamic environments builds meaningful connections and is motivated by purposeful work. Youll also have:
A relevant engineering degree be RPEQ accredited and experience in a wide range of civil engineering disciplines.
A strong ability to shape thoughtful effective solutions in infrastructure
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
A willingness to question the status quo and offer new perspectives
