Karralika Programs is looking for aJustice Services Program Managerto lead our dedicated team in the ACT that support people through evidence-based group and individual interventions to address and reduce harms related to substance use and associated criminogenic behaviours. The Manager has the responsibility for the culture and performance of the team and the quality of services and support provided to our clients.
This role is a unique opportunity todrive service excellence enhance clinical governance and providestrong leadershipto multidisciplinary teams and will involve working within the Alexander Maconochie Centre (Canberras prison) and in the community.
More specifically your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To qualify you will need aBachelors degree in Social Work Psychology or a related field along with solid experience in management or senior clinical roles within the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) or related sector.
Additionally the following skills and background will be highly valued:
As our ideal candidate you will possess strong leadership strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities along withexcellent communication stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. Yourhigh emotional intelligence empathy and non-judgmental approach will enable you to build positive relationships and lead with integrity.
