Ready to lead from the front Fitzys Loganholme is on the hunt for a new Duty Manager to join our experienced team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same we want to hear from you.
Were known for great food cold drinks and a warm welcoming vibe. Now we need a hands-on leader who can help drive service support the crew and keep things running smoothly.
The successful candidatemust have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career to become a leader and progress then this is the venue for you!

Essential requirements:
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Strong experience working in a gaming venue
- Knowledge of TAB and wagering
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies procedures and standards are current effective and clearly communicated
- Current RSA RSG RMLV & Approved Managers license
- CLO - Desirable not necessary
