Position Summary:
Performs receiving and inspection duties to ensure product fulfills customer and quality requirements. Maintain and report on daily statistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and create datasheets
Database data entry
Contact vendor with questions on vendor datasheets and origin surveys
Create product label templates
Document changes per defined standard operating procedures
Update incoming specifications per defined standard operating procedures
Perform inspection of incoming antibody products according to established procedures to ensure compliance with specifications
Complete required inspection records per standard operating procedures
Check incoming product matching packing slips with purchase orders and receive antibodies into mainframe
Initiate material rejections as required
Work with company personnel to resolve inspection questions
Maintain and report on daily statistics
Perform all job duties in a safe manner and obeys all safety policies and procedures
Perform all job duties consistent with the Code of Ethics and the 4-I values
Perform all job duties within ISO standards regulatory or statutory requirements
Perform other duties and cross training as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline required; Biology preferred
Detail oriented and accurate
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work as a team player and/or independently
Work quickly and accurately to process material
Must be proficient with PC applications
Good verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $19.83$29.74.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
