Waukesha State Bank is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Personal Banker to join our team and help lead the customer experience at one of our branch offices. In this dynamic full-time role youll serve as a trusted advisor to customers-opening new accounts managing consumer loans and uncovering opportunities to recommend tailored banking solutions. Youll play a key role in driving sales performance supporting operational excellence and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and personal touch our community bank is known for.
As a mentor to the New Account Team youll model accuracy organization and customer-first service while providing coaching and guidance to help others grow. Youll also manage monthly sales reporting lead team sales meetings and ensure adherence to bank policies and audit controls. Ideal candidates will bring prior banking or supervisory experience a passion for helping others and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced goal-driven environment.
