- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time Onsite
- Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40000/year
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $55000/year with monthly bonuses

- Manage wrap projects from intake through installation ensuring seamless execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers keeping them informed and satisfied
- Coordinate with the design production and installation teams to keep timelines on track
- Review orders from the sales team for accuracy and clarity
- Schedule and track projects using production management tools
- Update customer information and communication through our CRM system
- Answer phones respond to inquiries and take payments
- Monitor daily work in progress and proactively resolve issues
Required:
- Basic computer and software skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Customer service experience or aptitude
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Team player with a proactive mindset
Preferred:
- Background in account management logistics or customer service
- Experience with wrap industry workflows or production processes
