Job Description
Information specific to this position:This will be a split position as a 40% Teacher Secondary (6th & 7th grade science) and about 1.6 hours per day as an In-Building Floating Support.
Percentage (Secondary Teacher): 40%
Hours/day (In-building floating support): 1.6 hours/day (5 Days/week)
Pay Range (Secondary Teacher): Payfor this position is determined by the Licensed Educator Salary Schedule based on years of experience and education. Range for position is$58000 - $89278 annually (based on a 100% assignment starting August 6th 2025).
Pay Range (In-building floating support): $21.24 - $23.79 (min 12% above min)/hr*
Work calendar days (Secondary Teacher): 188 days
Work calendar days (In-building floating support): 177 days
Benefits include: PERA retirement and short and long term disability
This is a probationary position. However PSD employees currently under a licensed contract may apply for this position and if selectedwillretain contract status.
Must have a valid Colorado Educators License with appropriate endorsement.
