Key Responsibilities:- - Design and develop high-quality user-friendly AI-powered developer tools that integrate seamlessly into existing engineering workflows enhancing productivity and efficiency. - Explore and implement techniques like fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation to create custom AI models that leverage internal data and infrastructure. - Research and evaluate new AI tools and frameworks that could benefit our software engineering processes building pilots and PoC implementations. - Assist in defining and tracking success metrics for AI tools using data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement.

- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience - Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience developing AI or machine learning products particularly in the context of developer tools - Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications
