Job Description

The Role

This is a full-time role commencing Monday 4 August or by negotiation includes four weeks leave and an additional five days between Christmas and the New Year.

We are seeking a technically skilled IT and Resource Officer (Technical Services) to join our Learning Hub team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality IT digital and audio-visual support to staff and students ensuring seamless access to secure and reliable technology systems. You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team that values innovation collaboration and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school that values community care and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline IT support to staff and students;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues;
  • Maintain and support endpoint services (laptops desktops tablets);
  • Install and manage AV and classroom technologies for daily use and events;
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure;
  • Contribute to IT documentation policy development and continuous improvement;
  • Support live events with AV setup and post-production tasks; and
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
