As one of our Personal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners) you will be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincents Care Kangaroo Point. Our commitment is to listen to each resident understand who each person is - a unique individual who we respect and treat with kindness and compassion. Our care workers at SVC Kangaroo Point are called Living Support Partners and will be required to assist with medication upon completing a medication competency course on-site.

Things that work for us:
Flexible to work any shifts in weekdays especially AM and PM (Minimum 30 hours per week). No Weekends available at this stage.
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
6 months experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
