Job Description


Responsibilities:

Executive and Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO including calendar management appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence reports memos agendas and presentations.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries ensuring efficient and cost-effective planning.

  • Conduct research and compile information for projects meetings and executive decision-making.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders ensuring timely and professional communication.

2. Communication and Email Management

  • Manage the CEOs email inbox by filtering prioritizing and drafting responses as needed.

  • Track and ensure timely follow-up on key emails tasks and deadlines.

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries ensuring appropriate and prompt escalation or delegation.

3. Social Media and Digital Presence

  • Manage CEOs social media channels.

  • Create engaging content schedule posts and monitor interactions across platforms.

4. Project Coordination

  • Support the planning and tracking of key projects to ensure timely delivery of goals and milestones.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain effective communication and accountability.

  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the CEO.

5. Data and Information Management

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records ensuring easy access and version control.

  • Assist in preparing and proofreading reports presentations and key business documents.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Admin/Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media management platforms and email management tools.

- Experience in managing CRMs social media channels and developing engaging content.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.

- High level of professionalism integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
