Position Summary:
F5 is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Director of Corporate Development and Merger Integration to lead post-deal strategy and execution for domestic and international mergers acquisitions spin-offs and carve-outs. This leadership role is critical to ensuring smooth organizational integration and alignment advancing F5s objectives and supporting complex transactions strategically and effectively across cross-functional teams.
This position requires senior leadership in mergers and acquisition (M&A) integration with a focus on Human Resources organizational design and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment bringing a collaborative approach exceptional project management skills and strategic depth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global post-deal integration efforts for F5 across multiple functional teams especially in the areas of HR compensation and benefits alignment to ensure seamless transitions for acquired organizations and employees.
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional integration and transaction teams with a focus on mergers acquisitions spin-offs carve-outs and other corporate initiatives.
Drive alignment of compensation and benefit platforms ensuring compliance with applicable health welfare and pension-related regulations while fostering employee engagement during transitions.
Serve as the strategic leader for M&A integration projects responsible for end-to-end execution including project scoping budget management resource allocation risk mitigation and timeline adherence.
Create and deliver high-quality client-ready deliverables presentations and results to senior leadership ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and continued transparency throughout the integration lifecycle.
Mentor coach and develop team members fostering their career growth and professional development as part of a high-performing integration division.
Partner with corporate leadership on business development initiatives including identifying synergies forming integration strategies and aligning M&A transactions with F5s growth objectives.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of consulting or corporate M&A experience including HR integration expertise and post-deal execution strategy. A background in Fortune 1000 corporations or relevant middle-market enterprises is desirable.
Education: Bachelors degree ; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as CCP CEP CEBS FSA or equivalent designations are highly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing corporate compensation and benefit plans including experience with HR M&A due diligence workforce planning and compliance protocols.
Proficient in project and program management leadership including planning organizing resource coordination risk management and delivering successful outcomes in complex transactions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and lead collaboration across diverse teams and senior leadership levels.
Exceptional communication analytical and leadership skills. Prior experience presenting to senior executives and board-level audiences is highly valued.
Enthusiastic self-starter with a results-driven approach and adaptive mindset in dynamic environments.

The annual base pay for this position is: $221189.00 - $331783.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience geographic locations and market conditions as well as to reflect F5s differing products industries and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
