Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk for our client in Randolph NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule
- 2nd shift: 2PM - 10:30PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate
- $20 - $22 / hour
Job Summary
The Inventory Clerk will perform inventory investigations verify ERP inventory with physical count reconcile end of run inventory prepare and run inventory reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive label and store incoming shipments of materials or products.
- Accurately record inventory transactions in the system.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Identify and report discrepancies in inventory levels.
- Ensure products are organized and properly stored for accessibility.
- Assist with inventory reconciliations and generate reports as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff purchasing and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform inventory investigations.
- Verify ERP inventory with physical count.
- Reconcile end of run inventory.
- Prepare and run inventory reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 3 years similar experience required
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with Standup Forklift
