Inventory Coordinator

Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Horsham United Kingdom! This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to our world-class health care operations. You will seamlessly integrate into any of our ambient and cold chain operational areas including Packaging Inventory or Dispatch ensuring flawless performance and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete tasks strictly following statutory regulatory and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding housekeeping standards and promote a safe working environment
  • Identify and report potential Health and Safety and Quality risks near misses and accidents to Line Management
  • Uphold compliance through continuous training and proficiency development
  • Prioritize and successfully implement tasks to meet both internal and external customer needs
  • Support the supply chain by managing inventory effectively
  • Perform additional duties as required by your Line Manager
  • Operate efficiently in both ambient and refrigerated environments

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PC usage

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High standard of English proficiency
  • Outstanding attention to detail

Additional Beneficial Skills / Experience

  • Experience working in a GMP environment
  • Background in operational roles
