How will you make an impact in this role
The Senior Manager International Onsite Marketing and Customer Journeys is an exciting opportunity to define Amex Travels international marketing strategy for digital point of sale channels across 15 markets. The role will be responsible for marketing and optimising the E2E onsite experience whilst also driving cardmember traffic and bookings to our international sites via SEO. This customer-first digital obsessed marketer will own the marketing on the homepage as well as will build marketing landing page experiences that create cohesive journeys for customers depending on their needs and behaviours. Additionally this role will collaborate with the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team on website enhancements and capabilities to elevate the user experience. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing and technical integrations. As the marketing SME for international Amex Travel Online this role will represent international requirements in enterprise initiatives and uplifts to the site experience.
